1) Define scope and policy
Select the streams, spaces, and apps to protect. Exclude developer or private spaces to control license costs.
Define retention periods per stream/space based on operational risk and compliance needs.
2) Run continuous backups
Backups run continuously and synchronously — coverage does not depend on manual exports or scheduled jobs.
Each change creates a restore point referenced by version history. Developer apps are backed up free of charge.
3) Restore with control
Restore a single sheet, bookmark, master item, story or full application to the original space or to a validation space.
Multi-developer workflows are preserved — restores do not overwrite concurrent work.
